How To Apply Stab-Teck Plus
- Large material clods should be broken up by ripping the road surface with the grader to a depth of approximately 150 mm. Remove all stones that are 100mm or greater.
- Mix 250 liters of water with 1 liter of STAB-TECK PLUS to make 90% of the STAB-TECK PLUS mixture; the remaining 10% will only be used during the curing process.
- Spread the STAB-TECK PLUS uniformly over the road surface after diluting it.
- It is now necessary to apply and blend regular water (without STAB-TECK PLUS) into the road until the mixture is homogeneous and the soil's moisture content is roughly 2% above Optimum Modified (AASTHO) Moisture Content (OMC).
- Daily applications of water diluted with the final 10% of STAB-TECK PLUS should be used to cure the road.
